Congratulations on finally releasing this beast of a track. ;)
Interesting background you've provided, too. I think it's definitely worth a read, and you're very welcome for the input I, as well all other folks you've listed, have been hopefully able to provide. I think the "dressing" for the track still managed to be clean and balanced; nothing really feeling overpowering or over-the-top. I hope to hear more of your drumming in your future endeavors, as well as potential joint efforts.

Love what you're doing, GroundsPatrol. Good to have such a platform here on Newgrounds, something I've struggled to establish myself. Long live the underground.

That's a nice remix, pretty chill and cozy. Could be some next gen elevator music in some futuristic corporate building. Thanks for resurrecting one of my old tracks.

Nice to read. Thank you

Nice to see you back, man. Crisp house track as usual with a deep bass to complement. Really nice progression as well, almost cinematic in quality. Great comeback!

Woo! I swear this reminds me of Silent Hill 2, the calmer parts. If it were more tape saturated and lo-fi, it'd be Yamaoka straight-on. It feels very nostalgic to me, hence its simplicity and the way it's delivered. Gets my mind working. I'm definitely faving this, made my day.

First of all, THANK YOU for not using any sort of percussion on the track. I feel they would have ruined the atmosphere, making the song feel like another pop hit. Instead, I think it was smart of you to keep it drumless. It's more powerful this way. The gated square synths you used already provide enough of a rhythmic reference point.

So, technical wankery aside, I really don't have much to add to what's already been stated down below. 7 minutes, wow. Didn't feel it was that long. It's as smooth as future elevator music can get, in terms of pacing and easy listening. The intended dissonance between the dark lyrics and art pop-like bonanza makes it really endearing to me.

It's like one of those anime with a bubblegum mainstream exterior to lure any potential viewer into thinking they're going to watch just another mindless lighthearted show, but it's actually really dark and twisted (looking at you, Madoka), which makes your song all the more genuine and at the same time sophisticated, to me.

It's easily one of your best works to date and I'm glad to have had a chance to witness its production. Thank you for sharing this with me, please keep it up.

It's good to see newer talents grow over time. Sleek breakcore, kinda rewinds me back to earlier Newgrounds. Nice breakdown in the middle, too. It's simple, but genuine, like the whole track. Nice and chill. Good job.

thanks :)

I love its hazy simplicity <3 This is a favorite, for sure.

Hey long time no see. :)

Thank you for your review. Cheers.

Quite the punchy drums, I must say. Maybe a little too saturated, but that might just be personal preference. I love the stabs and bassline, feels retro but also very modern and crystal clear. Nice job, especially for a WIP!

Oooh, this is juicy, I like it. I wasn't quite expecting the techy intro, but I think you already have a good base to work upon, especially if you want to evolve your style into some nice psytrance. You got the hooks and effect processing down, so with these styles, such tracks are usually included in larger mixes to achieve enough variety. Nothing I'd be particularly worried about. I agree with the guy below, that section could have been better handled, but other than that, I'd say it's pretty damn good. ;)
